Inspired by project 3

Today I am posting a couple of the pieces I was inspired to make from the third project in our jewelry challenge with Deryn. I loved the design of the third project although it is a bigger piece of jewelry than I am comfortable wearing. I loved the concept and thought if I could scale it down a bit it would be a great design to play with. I am a certified PMC instructor and have many pieces of silver generated from demonstrating in classes. I wondered about adding some of these pieces to the shelf design and I am pretty happy with the results! I think some of my friends may just be looking at one of their Christmas presents here!

Deborah -

These are just awesome! I love the whimsy you put into your designs - they just plain make me smile :-). I would love to start getting into PMC, but I just haven't taken the plunge yet. I will probably have to wait until things die down here a bit, but when I do, don't be surprised if I come to you for advice!

Beautiful job -

Lovely work! You've scaled the bead shelf necklace project down perfectly. The mix of the pmc with the copper is surprising and beautiful! I scaled mine up a bit and made a small wall ornament out of it. You can see it here:

Happy Ornament Thursday!
